1. App Overview

Slideo.ai is a mobile application designed to help users create viral Instagram and TikTok content through AI-powered post generation, carousels, reels, and caption creation. The app offers both free and premium subscription features to transform any idea into scroll-stopping viral content.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Slideo.ai Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $99.99 per year (Most Popular - Save 60%!)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

Slideo.ai Premium includes:

Unlimited viral post generation
Advanced AI-powered captions and hashtags
Multiple post styles (realistic, cinematic, minimal)
Instagram & TikTok optimized formats
Swipe-through carousel creation
Personal content library management
Premium visual effects and filters
Priority customer support
Export options (text only, images, captions)
Early access to new features

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Slideo.ai and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Slideo.ai and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Slideo.ai does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account and payment information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Use content generation features responsibly and ethically
Not upload inappropriate, harmful, or copyrighted content
Respect platform guidelines when posting generated content

8. Content and AI Disclaimer

Important Content Notice: Slideo.ai uses AI technology to generate content suggestions, captions, and visual elements. While our AI is designed to create engaging content, users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all generated content is appropriate, accurate, and complies with platform policies before posting. Generated content may not always be suitable for every context or audience.

9. AI Technology Disclaimer

Our AI technology provides content generation based on machine learning and pattern recognition
Results may vary and are not guaranteed to go viral or achieve specific engagement metrics
AI recommendations are based on general social media trends and may not suit every individual or brand
Users should use their own judgment when using AI-generated content
We do not guarantee the originality or uniqueness of generated content

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to their original input content. Generated content through Slideo.ai may be used by users for their social media purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including content inputs and usage data.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Slideo.ai at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Slideo.ai and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to engagement results from generated content.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
